A project comprising of 4 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, terrace access from Master bedroom, open modular kitchen, bar counter, entertainment showcase, stainless glass railing on wooden staircase, Lanai area, and Roof deck with direct access via steel staircase.
A unique project with a very challenging site location due to a highly limited space and narrow road access which adds up to the difficulties in materials delivery and hauling services. It could have been completed in less than 3 months, but we rather stick to 6 months duration due to project funding and cashflow.
